You Will
- Research and develop AI algorithms across LLM, machine learning, and deep learning
- Support data preprocessing, training, optimization, and testing for large models
- Translate business needs into deployable AI applications
- Track AI technology progress and contribute new ideas
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in computer science, AI, mathematics, or related fields
- Two or more years of AI algorithm experience
- Proficient in Python and familiar with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks
- Strong analytical and research ownership
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
